KUOL CHOL: IT FELT GOOD TO BE BACK BUT NOT THE RESULT WE WANTED
The last league match against Wazito saw the coach make changes to his backline and this brought two new faces in the backline, one of them being Kuol Chol.
The South Sudan international put up a solid display at central defence partnering with Kenyan
International Samuel Olwande. He was delighted in his outing;
“I felt happy to be on the pitch again. It has been a difficult moment watching from the sidelines due the injury and other personal factors. I wanted to be back so badly and I am glad the coach gave me the opportunity. We played well as a team and we managed a clean sheet.” he said.
“However, I would have been happier if we had walked away with maximum points. We need to turn
around our season. We have started slowly but I believe we will turn things around. As the coach said, this good display today that gave us a point can be improved and that is what we are aiming for over weekend, to make it better.”
The lanky defender will be hoping to feature yet again this weekend following his solid display on Monday.
