Kenyan international John Oyemba, will be looking for a clean sheet as the Sharks visit Nzoia Sugar this weekend. He currently holds a 100% clean sheet record in the League at this stadium as he has not let in a goal in all of the three times, he has been between the stick away to Nzoia.
“It is a good record, one that I am proud of. However, when the kick off whistle blows that shouldn’t be on my mind. It is important that we defend well, as unit and keep them at bay the entire 90 minutes. We have improved in our defending after the defeat in Kakamega on match-day 3 and we have to build on that,” he said.
“If we all worked hard, and fight for each other and for the badge, then we will get another clean sheet here, and that will be half the job as what will remain now is to get the goals which I believe we will get. I am looking forward to maintaining that perfect record.”
