The AFCON 2021 Qualifiers kick off this week and two of our boys will be in action. Samuel Olwande will be in contention for a place in the Kenyan national team, the Harambee Stars, as they face record African champions Egypt in Cairo on Thursday before hosting Togo in Nairobi next Monday. Having qualified for the previous AFCON edition, the Harambee Stars will want to start their campaign on a high note.

Meanwhile, Kuol Chol will be with the South Sudan side, popularly known as the Bright Stars, as they take on Malawi away in Blantyre on Wednesday before hosting West African side Burkina Faso on Sunday. The youngest African nation will be seeking to make to the AFCON for the very first time in their history.
